Because I love what I do, I am never at work. I have lived here for 25 years and know all the streets of Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, La Selva Beach, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel by heart. I feel very confident to give you my true and honest feedback about any neighborhoods, safety concerns, school districts, fun things to do, etc.
Concerned about finding a good school district? I am a proud Mom of two beautiful girls, currently in 8th and 10th Grade and feel I can give you good feedback about most school districts in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. Growing up in Germany, I was always taught to work hard and do the very best you can. I go the extra mile to find you any and all homes for sale in your favorite neighborhood, be that in Rio Del Mar or in the Pleasure Point area in Santa Cruz town or fun vacation Village called Capitola by the Sea or romantic Carmel Village.
